This action is being taken in line with our commitment to the quality and durability of our products. After all, the safety and satisfaction of our customers remain our top priority.
Our careful investigation of the matter has established that in isolated cases, the handle on ZWILLING’s ENFINIGY water kettle (1.5 l) and ENFINIGY Pro water kettle (1.5 l) models may loosen or break off. That may, in certain cases, result in hot water spilling out from the kettle, posing a risk of scalding to the user and/or other persons in the immediate area․
As a quality brand, we at ZWILLING are committed to ensuring our products are safe and our customers are satisfied. We have therefore decided to recall the electric kettles. You will of course receive your money back.
